Provident fund not being paid ..

I submitted my documents for my provident to NBC on the 26th of February 2026 and still to date I haven’t received my money and when you call them they never answer the phone … Supercare says they have submitted everything but NBC still hasn’t processed my claim ….

I keep calling and holding for over an hour without any assistance …
