Provident Fund Nightmare

I recently submitted a claim with NBC, and ots has been a struggle ever since, i have been dealing with a lady at the Durban branch, as i was working for AVI NATIONAL BRANDS. All i have been getting is empty promises saying that i will get claim in a week and then nothing ever happens.

Truly disappointed in the company and i wouldn't suggest any company or organisation to deal or do business with NBC HOLDINGS. They are the worst company ever.

They policy says it takes 6Weeks for claim to be processed and paid out but it has been more than that.

It's depressing having to always phone them and you are transferred to every single department. Disappointed seriously and i need my provident fund.
