Provident fund claim still not paid 3 month later

Poor service by NBC Holding in handling claims. Resigned and completed all the documents for the claim in June for July. I am still waiting 3 months later for my provident fund to be paid out. Spoke to Patrick Malau and Lady called Queen handling Tiger Brands contributions. It's been a promise after a promise. A 21 days claim has now turned out to be a 90 days claim. I've sent emails but no help or any sense of urgency. The Two Pot system started after my claims submission and got paid. I am still waiting for my payout. I need my claim payout now.
