Provident fund claim

It has been four months since I have claimed for my provident fund. Till today I have not received anything from them. The service in overall is poor and bad. I feel like I'm being sent from pillar to post regarding my claim, despite lodging the claim properly.I would appreciate a clear resolution on this matter.
