Provident fund claim

It's been 4 months now I haven't received my provident fund payout! I've been also been to court because of I can't make payments for my child maintenance! Called port elizabeth branch manager she keeps on making excuses it's been too long now ! I would advice anyone not to put their money on nbc they offer poor service and they don't care for their clients
