Provident fund claim

On December 2025 I went to NBC holdings offices in park town to claim my provident fund and they said I'll get my payout within 8 to 10 weeks, I visited their offices again on the first week of March 2026 to enquire about my claim and they said their were still busy with paper work but my claim will be paid within two week or before the 15th of March but till today I haven't received anything. I don't have taxi fare to go to their office again and they don't answer their phone... WHAT KIND OF A COMPANY ARE YOU???
