Provident fund claim

Had the worst experience , I kept calling but no answer , the amount of money you have to spend on airtime just wishing that they will pick up the phone is terrible , I would really just like to know when will i receive my provident fund claim and what amount it is . I used to work at sanitech . Everything I've tried to NBC was a death end road so I'm really hoping that someone can reply on here
