Provident fund claim

NBC I just need to know what is going on, is my application being processed or not, I have been assisted by other agents working at the company to identify the agent responsible for my claim. But she doesn't answer emails and her phone just rings. I have already waited 3 months because my previous company made submission errors on their side and I am afraid I will wait more months since I can't get the NBC agent to update me .
