Provident Claim that not being paid out

Provident fund withdrawal claim form was completed at the office of the Tsebo Holdings and was sent to NBC Holdings in the beginning of October 2020 for processing. Contacted NBC Holdings in the begininng of November 2020 the lady advised that they have neevr processed a claim on the system and while I was on the phone with she said she will capture the claim and the payout would be at the end Of November 2020. on the 23 November 2020 i spoke to a lady called Lusanda and she advised that no claim was captured and nothing was done on the claim.

She advise that all payout will done by the 23 December 2020, its amaxing how they do not want to payout your own money that was deducted from the your salary. Bad customer service I have ever experienced.
