Poor service and lack of information provided

I'm so dissapointed with the service I'm receiving from this company my mother laid a Claim from this company in March and every time we are calling we are told by the call center agents after 2 weeks it's more than 3 months with the same story when we ask for a manager we hold for more than an hour
