Poor service

<p>I have made a claim since Feb 2015 till this day I haven't received my late father's money. All I'm told is to resend documents and its costing me money that i don't have. Worse is that its costing me money again to keep the late estate account active. Karen Muller drags her feet doing her job. Poor communication from her. I'm lekker frustrated by de poor service I'm getting from this company. Asked for a qoute but never got it. Will tell everyone i know not go invest with nbc</p>
