Poor service!!!!

Terrible service from nbc, no response at all....I put thru a claim on the 27th and Sars verifications has been processed but that's about it there's no other update on nbc. I have sent them emails and messages via messenger plus tried calling multiple times there's no response

When I log onto the ask how page under 2 it claims status the last update was on the 27th of March 2026 saying Sars verification complete, previous claims shows claimed processed and claims completed?....how is it showing the claim was released on ur side when it doesn't show on our side and we haven't received the payout
