Poor poor customer service and communication
This is the worse company, poor communication. Submitted my 2pot claim on the 1st March. Up until now no payment, then yesterday I’ve sent an email to Amanda Mokou and she told me my bank details are incorrect then my question why no one communicated with me about that ? She said I’m send her the bank details and I’ve sent her the bank statement now she’s quite with no updates and my claim is still on the spot as of the 2nd.
Please close your company, because you are inconveniencing us.
