POOR FEEDBACK ON PROVIDENT FUND PAYOUT

I app**** for my provident fund payout in July and Wendy was supposed to be handling my application. She did not bother calling me back to inform me how far was the application. I Have been calling her day in day out to no avail. She have been dodging me and if I finally get hold of her she will tell me that my payout was gonna get paid in a few days time. That have never happened. Every week I ll try to call her and its the same story but she will never bother herself with calling me back in order to inform me what is happening. THIS is really frustrating because it has gotten to a point in my life where I have ran out of funds while my money is gathering dust in NBC accounts.
