Poor customer service

I have not been given any joy with my pension fund refund. I was recently divorced and with having lawyers fees up to 50k on my head. I’ve had no joy. The fund is saying they need the divorce settlement wording that was endorsed by the regional court to be changed to their specifications: which is not fair to me. We submitted a letter of no obligation but still NBC object’s because of wording they want. I’m a single parent and I need money to pay for my kids stationery and school stuff.
