Poor communication and empty promises.
Poor communication and empty promises, even when you call they don't answer the phone. I have been waiting for my money, it's been over 6 weeks now, and I have been told that they have been processing payments for two weeks now. To think that i worked hard for this money and now i have to figure things out while i wait for the unknown day is insane.
