PLEASE HELP

I posted a complaint last week and still haven't heard anything back. So please can somebody please help me. It's a claim against my ex husbands pension ( we came to agreement that i will get half the pension ). I couriered al the documents that you needed on 07 /08/2015 they were signed for by David. The court order stated that the pension money must be paid out within 60 days. Its been almost 3 months. Can somebody from NBC holdings please contact me with the status on that claim.
