Pension not paid

<p>Hi,</p> <p>My pension has not been paid yet, as im tryin to get them paid out since March 2016. I dis since the papers ,calling them over and over. Everytime its a diff story or papers that they need. The last papers they need to assist me was proof of banking details id, it was emailed to them as requested. Now in the week that I phoned there were someone new and now the mine still needs to since the papers. How long can it take as all the requested papers was emailed?? Please can we have feedback as I need to know whats going on.
