Pension fund unpaid for a long period

The Experience was really bad, I spoke to one Ms Ford and Maureen intervened but the matter was not receiving the urgency it deserves. Ms Ford in the pension fund division made promises and never delivered. I have never seen such unprofessional and disorganized division. To level it the matter has been pending since June for a pension payout to date nothing is done. One Mr Derrick Tredoux stated he works in the company but cannot advise on anything he is sure with save for speculations. I am really disappointed.
