pension fund payment

I retired last year first week of Dec. I submitted my form at the Vanderbijlpark branch, A month later my daughter followed up and was told that they could not locate my application form. We later went to head office where we were asked to fill in another form and she also advised that she was waiting for a Kform from Arcellor Mittal. Towards end of January she said she was waiting for something else, unit price or something which she never mentioned in the last meeting. the only thing that was mentioned in that meeting was kform. this whole process is supposed to take 6 weeks and now three months later I still don't have my hard earned money, this is unacceptable.
