Pension fund not paid since March

Good day

Please advised on the progress of the claim.

Documents submitted in January and was told to wait for 6 weeks.

Call made in July and spoke to Nomsa Tshabalala on the 10 May and she said funds will be paid in June.

Called again in July again Nomsa said end of July.

Called Nomsa today she was very rude and said I must call Siya on ‪***‬ that number is on voice mail.

When I called Nomsa she said there's nothing she can do shes a call centre agent and the people who process are working from home.

I must email ***.
