Pending provident fund

Hi my name is Charlotte Nelisiwe Mahlangu worked for Bidvest Prestige at Zah hospital...I resigned on the 25th May 2021 and a app**** for my provident fund with my supervisor at work and I've been trying to trace my application by calling NBC and HRs office in regarding my pending application. The respond I get from them is that my application hasn't reached to them even today and I am single mother of 3 my kids depend on my money even going to school it's tough for them cause I owe school fees and transport fare.
