Outstanding insurance payment of Motsoening Samuel

Moorosi Samuel Motsoening died April 5 2015, & his claim was submitted by his employer Tsebo Cleaning by Nomsa. We waited for the burial money without success & decided to go to his employer on the May 12, 2015 to find out what was withholding the payment. Nomsa told us that she did submit all the relevant documents to NBC & suggested that we go there personally & speak to Thandeka Mtsweni. We went to see her on the same day, spoke to her, she confirmed that they received all the documents & promised that the money would be in the account by Thursday. No money was deposited on that day, so I called Thandeka at about 9am. I spoke to Oscar & asked him to tell Thandeka that I called. My call was not returned, I called again until I got through to her. She told me that their systems were unable to transfer money to a Lesotho bank account, & then suggested that we furnish her with a South African bank account which I did. She thereafter promised that the money would be in the account Friday morning. Friday morning & there was no payment made. I called her. She assured me payment would be made around 3pm, till today no payment has been made. 2day was promised a response by 11am, nothing.
