Not yet received provident fund from May 2015

The claim was submitted by my previous employer in May 2015, when i do the follow up they tell me that they are still processing my account and they me that when claim you receive a claim after three months now the six months down the line, no communication from NBC HOLDINGS, i have to call everyday to follow and their telling the above story always
