not telling when i will get my funds

a year ago i app**** for my provident fund every month getting a promise that i will get my money till now i was reffered to Aniba thought she will help me she said she needs my tax number i supp**** her with it now she telling me to go back to where i used to work and tell them they must respond her email firstly am so angry why did she **** to me cause she assured me that only my tax number is missing if i give her my tax i will get my funds dont understand why am i not getting my money A nkosi said will investigate the matter so will it take another year again all i want is my money!
