Non payment of claim

I submitted claims in May 2024 through ICTS which i was advised it will be processed within three month's and it did not happen. In September i made a call to NBC and i got hold of Kgomotso who told it was not processed and gave me this number *** and said i must call again in two weeks. i have been making calls since then without success, his phone ring unanswered and his mail message is full. on Tuesday 03/12/2024 i went to NBC office in Pretoria 67 Potgieter st, central. A lady who assisted made a call to Henry Thornicroft who rep**** by saying there is some cliché on the internet because of two pot claims he will process claim the following week. i found the respond disrespectful with i dont care kind of attitude. This claim was made in May and long before two pot system can come into place which is September. I was given the following number to make follow up. ***, again phone keeps on ringing with no response.

Can NBC please take us serious, two pot system can never be a acceptable reason for seven month delay.
