Non member claim

I have visited the Pretoria Nbc branch over a month ago to submit a non member claim, I was assisted by Bongani Motshwene who said that he is forwarding my enquiry to another section where an investigation will be done and that i will be contacted by someone, two weeks back i spoke to Bongani on *** , he said he is re-sending my query again and that someone will contact me, what suprised me is that upon making the claim to forms where given to me to complete therefore this has me wondering if really my claim has been submitted, I request to me contacted urgently regarding this matter on ***, work email *** or personal email ***
