no service to be expected from NBC

One of our cleaners got retrenched from her previous company last year October. She has been trying since then to get her provident fund money from NBC. She has asked me to step in and help, as she gets no joy from NBC and she only gets ignored. I have tried to do so. Only to walk into the same wall as she did. I send my first email with the necessary information on the 3 of July 2015. I have talked to numerous people, who have all just \passed the buck". more than a month later"
