NO SERVICE.
The frustration that comes with waiting for claim payout and being told constantly that your claim is in payment process for months but no funds received, been traveling to the offices in Pretoria wasting my time and money just to be given excuses, the worst service ever. Calls are no longer even answered that time you have bills mounting and they just don't care
