No Provident Fund Payments
What a dissapointing company, with heartless and lazy employees. My brother will die of depression because of this company. My brother Sithembiso Wiseman Ngwane submitted his provident fund claim last year around Aug/ Sept 2025. Up until this date he has not been paid his money. We have been doing follow ups and their reasons for the delay is," SARS declined the claim, it must be re-submitted"
The first time he was told this they asked him to follow up the follow week. We have been calling every week and we are told the same thing. Every week when we call, the call centre agent will say " I will inform the person who is handling your claim to re-submit it to SARS. Please follow up next week" It's been months now. How long does it take for a person to do his/ her job.

What steps have the claims manager taken? Why must we run after you? Previously i mentioned how hard it is to get hold of your agents. How do you expect a person with no income to keep making these expensive calls?
It's been a year now but still no progress, yes i am fustrated but I won't give up until you pay.
