No Payment after 5 months

I have resigned from my previous company, and notice was give for the provident fund to be paid out. The notice was give 31 July 2015. After about 4 weeks, I received a mail stating that the wrong banking documents were requested. I sent the correct documents via email and was told that the process would begin based on that, and payout would be made upon receiving the originals. The original documentation was hand delivered 16 Nov 2015. I have also requested on numerous occasions the balance due and the interest on the monies, as that is due to me from 31 July to present. On 4 Dec 2015, after send a feedback request via email, I received a notice that the administrator dealing with my payment, no longer works for the company. Today, 8 Dec, I made a call to speak to someone who can help. I was told by the lady that my payment request has been handed over to a new administrator, and that she cannot give me a direct e-mail, as they have people other than the administrators helping with the back log. I am to mail [Email Removed]<br> Back log or not, this is highly unprofessional, as all communication is initiated by me, and I was promised a 6-8 week wait for this money.
