NO FUNDS Received

I visited the branch on the 5th February 2025 a gentleman advised me to wait for 10 working days today is the 18th working day he gave my husband and i a reference no ***. The company i used to work for is Tigo footwear , fund no OA323 my name is G.Odayar ID number ***.I also spoke to Margie she apparently is the manager for the leather department. i am still waiting for my funds up until today. I finished work in August 2024 and i am a pensioner now. I also visited the branch on the 21st February 2025 and nobody has contacted me since , this is just terrible service honestly , i am an old woman please assist me. Kindly call me on *** or ***

Good day,

please note that we are outstanding contributions for August 2024, kindly request that your employer amend the claim form to reflect 31/07/2024 as your last date of contributions and send the corrected claim form back to us.

This is getting annoying, I keep calling your office and they just cut the call, I waited on the line they transferred me, and the call gets cut, can someone please call me URGENTLY!
I cannot keep calling you for feedback, you supposed to keep me informed and updated.

I need my money asap.
