No feedback since mid-June

I am writing this report because I submitted the full documents for the pension of my late husband, that was in June and I was told my claim will take 8 weeks maximum, but up until today I still haven't heard anything from NBC. I have heard people complaining about the time they wait for their money, and now it is happening to me. Maybe if my husband was alive, who would know what to do, I don't know what to do. <br> <br> Can somebody for NBC please contact me regarding the claim of my late husband's money. I am all alone, hurt and confused, I ask my self if this is how everybody is treated regarding their claims, or is it me because I am a widow. <br> <br> I will wait until something happens, even if I have to wait for five years, I will wait because I don't have anywhere to go or anything to do.
