No feedback been provided by NBC holdings
Good day,
I have submitted my claim on the 20th of March 2025, I have been waiting for my claim to be processed but the agent by the name of Charmaine is not helping me with accurate feedback as she always promise to call me then she doesn't call, I have been told that there is network issues, awaiting feedback from manager, and also they still waiting on their investment so they can process my claim, I am not happy with NBC, and seeing reviews here, they should be ashamed of their service delivery!

27 May 2025, 16:07No feedback has been provided to me, till now, this is not fair why is this company still operating with our funds, can pension fund adjudicator assist in this issue, as most people have complained about NBC holdings, something needs to happen with the company.

After your email Charmaine did call that my claim has been finalized, till then nothing has happened, not sure if my claim is indeed been finalized, can i please get confirmation from another agent, because I am not trusting that this claim is being handled by someone who really cares hey! This not on hey for NBC to report false/untrue feedback , you need to be audited. We need to sign a petition against NBC.
