No feedback

I was contacted that there are money that was not claimed. In august 2015 all documentation was send in. I started to enquire about the progress in November on witch they told me my banking details are incorrect I should get proof of banking. In the period no one contacted me in any way regarding the problem. I got the proof of banking mailed it Akona, and yet again no response on mails send. This is very poor service I cant believe that a company handeling your mony can be so never minded and dont respont when asked. Its so fustrating money owed to me for more then ten years.
