Good day

I have sent through the claim form and supporting documents on behalf of my mother in law who has no access to email (24.12.2024)and have not received any feedback, I do understand that it was the festive period and company shut down but we are worried that that high bank fees will accumulate for the late estate account that we had to open in order for the claim to be paid out. Could this be attended to urgently!
