No communication or feedback on my claim

Hi my name is zandile Verona mavundla, I resigned from the cleaning company I worked for from 2*** January.. I submitted my NBC claims papers to nbc after... On the 18 of March 2021 called NBC to ask did they get my papers then they refered me to their call centre and I was assisted by Mr sevhani ngobeni and gave me his work email to resend my papers from him, I dd that and he told me to do follow up after 14days to check my claim process with them(NBC). On the 7 April 2021 I did a follow up with them again, he told me that I should call again after 14 days. 28 April I called again to do follow up on my claim application now that's where it started them not picking up my calls after being transferred to their call centre, kept on trying again today which is the 05 may 2021 Mr sevhani ngobeni picked up my calls telling me that my claim has not been worked on by their administrators... Giving me again another date to do follow up 10 may 2021 to check did their admin process my claim. I'm tired of the run-around I've been patient enough from March now it's the month of MAY, all I'm asking and hoping to get it's what rightfully mine.. Please help me hello Peter
