No Communication or Feedback for 6 Months

I submitted a claim in October 2024 and have heard anything since. No-one answers phones. I have called and been promised a call back on 5 occasions. Emails are not responded to. I've tried going into their offices without much more luck. My next step will be the FSCA.

After a promising start from NBC, it's now 9 months without any feedback. If anyone is also getting nowhere, lay a complaint with the Pension Funds Adjudicator via their website on www.pfa.org.za and select the blue complaints box on top. You can also lay a complaint on the Financial Services Conduct Authority website www.fsca.co.za
