No communication

Hi I need help in regard to my divorce settlement payout on my ex-husbands provided fund from NBC holdings Ltd in Parktown, i have since submitted all the documents required for my claim on the 13th May as directed by the court and did send a follow-up email of which I never got any response and today I just found out after numerous times trying to call that they didn't receive my documents, I forwarded them again today from the previous email which they claims they didn't get.. I was supposed to get the payment 14 to 21 days after I emailed now I have to wait again and I'm practically homeless I need the money urgently I'm so disappointed with their service and need help in speeding up the claim.
