No assistance for over 3 months.

I have been trying to get hold of Michelle Phillips who is handling an unpaid amount due to me from the NBC holding Provident Fund. For over a month I have tried and not received any calls back from her. Today I was transferred to Arie Mohammed, not sure if the name is correct, he is supposedly her supervisor. The phone when to voicemail again. I am unsure how to handle this now. I am shocked by the poor support and customer service received by NBC Holdings. I cannot believe this level of service is given by a investment, insurance company looking for people to invest funds with them. Terrible. If they want to act on this they can contact me on ***.
