No answer on any communication line’s

In the last 3 days we are struggling to get a response back from this company. If you phone them they place you on hold for hours, while you wait there is a what’s app number given to speak with an agent, what load of nonsense, no one ever respond on that number, from their web site there is also a what’s app number same story, they just don’t respond, all i need is an IRP5. There isn’t even an email address where i can email the company. Switch board is useless, the other numbers doesn’t exist, how do you expect clients to get ahold of you in emergencies? This is unacceptable!!! Oh and if you do read my review you can email me and then i will ask you again for the irp5 which i have request several times over the past 3 day’s.
