No accountability at NBC Holdings

I actually complained about my claim that was not paid since i lodged in Polokwane on 27.10.2023. I was told that NBC took over from Salteb, and on 20.02.2024 NBC Holdings responded by saying they waiting for member data from Salteb, but how long does it take to get that member data? I mean there is no communication as a claimant you don't know where you stand.

Kindly may someone give me the contact details of the Manger or Suprvisor at NBC Holdings? for me to get a clear explanation.

As a member I'm not given those contacts and don't know why they are hidding because we talking of our funds here.

Someone out there please assist.
