NCB - PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!

Just a heads-up:

If you’re considering investing in this company, I would strongly advise you to reconsider. I retired in July 2024 with the expectation that my investment would pay out within 36 hours, as advertised, but that hasn’t been the case.

There has been a complete lack of communication, empty promises, and no clear explanation as to why I have yet to receive any payout as of March 2025.

Their staff is *********** and unhelpful. I’ve sent multiple requests and spent countless hours on calls, yet I still have no clarity on where my money is or why, after nearly 7 months, I haven’t received any concrete assistance.

My financial advisor tried to assist in this matter, as it involves my pension fund, and I was unable to handle it in my personal capacity.

I have now decided to visit their head office in person (considering I am a pensioner) and remain there until I find someone who can provide me with the feedback I need.
