NBC Withholding provident fund

I am deeply upset with NBC. I was retrenched in July of this year. I filled in claim forms for my provident fund. When following up, I discovered that they had transferred my funds to a different company in OCTOBER! When I contacted them as to why my money was transferred and not paid out, they had no answers. Pretty suspicious, if you ask me. Anyways, my money is with the other company, and they have been requesting documents from NBC to pay the money out for almost a month!!! Utterly pathetic! I have medical expenses that need to be paid. I don't understand how a company can take almost 6 months to pay provident funds out. I can fully understand why my ex employers chose to move away from NBC. I have been trying to phone NBC for 2 weeks now, but cannot get anywhere. They just say that "the enquiry is noted and is under review". All the other company is asking for is one email with all the relevant documentation. Then I can get paid out. I am also not the only ex employee waiting for my money.
