nbc slow to barely running company

as usual see other funds and institutes payout fast and effortless.why nbc system so slow/site barely works,call back on ask and other site never work,facebook page is of no use suggest move your profession over to eskom where we expect nothing,even if customers call you for 50 min our own airtime you as nbc drop the call,claims made 2nd march not single email call sms cant even check under claim status on site,can jus get containers and work in the street itl be better
