NBC Refusing to pay out Provident fund for the deceased
NBC has failed to pay out my deceased brother's provident fund that was claimed during January 2018. All the required documents have been submitted to them but when following up, i keep being transferred from pillar to post. Not even their Legal department could help. All of them does not seem to care that my mother really needs the money as the sole beneficiary. Dealing with NBC officials is a nightmare that i do not wish upon anyone

Is it a matter of incompetency or NBC is just one big **** that collect people's hard earned money as their core business with no intentions of paying out the any claims when they are due?
As a black owned business, you have an A level of cruelty towards fellow black people who trusted you with their money.
How do you expect an elderly person who was dependent on her son's salary to live this long without paying out the amount legally due to her?
