NBC refusing to pay a withdrawal

Nbc is refusing to pay a withdrawal claim

I want too express the poor service I am experiencing with NBC I hae submitted a withdrawal claim on September ti this day am still taken from Pilar to post when you do follow up then never get back to you on email. It has been one miserable journey with this guys...its like no one cares.
