Complaint Title: Urgent: NBC Provident Fund Payment Delayed Since October 2024

Message:

I am writing on behalf of my mother, who retired in October 2024. To date, she has not received any payment from the NBC Provident Fund. This unacceptable delay has caused severe financial distress, as she is unable to apply for a SASSA grant due to pending confirmation and closure of her provident fund claim.

We have tried to follow up through the usual channels, but there has been no clear communication or resolution from NBC. We are extremely disappointed, especially after seeing numerous similar complaints and negative reviews about your service.

This matter is urgent. We request: • A clear update on the status of her payout • Immediate processing and release of her retirement funds • Formal confirmation to assist with her SASSA application

If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will be forced to escalate it to the Pension Funds Adjudicator and relevant ombudsman.

Please treat this with the urgency and respect it deserves.
