Nbc provident fund stuck on Sars is processing tax while sars says they haven't received a directive from them

Nbc is the worst company ever I app**** for my provident fund in May still haven't received my money when I try to call the no one picks their phone you hold the line until you run out of airtime. It's very painful what they are doing to me and kids I am suffering from depression because I have been sleeping without food for days my kid even stop going to school because i can't pay his fees

My account are phoning me left right and centre I am at an edge of getting black listed because I haven't been paying since I lost my job
