nbc provident fund claim

I sent my provident claim forms at the beginning of October 2020.I followed up with Thabang who handled the company's account for LO Mobile the company I used to work for.He kept on postponing the dates as I kept on following up each week regarding the progress of my claim.Then after three weeks He gave me contqct numbers from thr claims department where I started communicating With Nadia.She did the same thing where She continuously said they are still capturing the last contribution for September.I gave them my contact numbers and She said that She will get back to me till this day there is no clear indication that I will receive my payment as the information that they are giving me when I call is still the same as when I first submitted the claim forms.It is a montj and a half later and the is no progress.
